It’s almost the end of the year and you know what that means? Yearbook photos! While for some of us it’s the most-dreaded aspect of a school year, for others it’s the time to shine. And when the world’s largest eyewear maison, Luxottica does a campaign on how to take amazing yearbook photos, you better be ready to take notes. Introducing, the Class of 2016.

The Class of 2016 project celebrates the elevation of eyewear of becoming an integral part of any outfit and a true style statement on its own. No longer deemed a nerdy accessory or just a corrective device, glasses are now a mainstay on runways as well on stylish A-listers.

Putting a clever twist on the traditional American Yearbook, the Class of 2016 plays up the school life by casting emerging and established faces from the worlds of fashion, design and music, including the incredible 93-year-old cover girl Iris Apfel. Shot by famed photographer Fumi Nagasaka, the campaign was styled by Elizabeth Fraser-Bell.
