In celebration of the 85th anniversary of Jaeger LeCoultre’s timepiece Reverso, pop artist extraordinaire Prince Hubertus zu Hohenlohe has unveiled two vibrant new updates of the iconic range available only in Germany. Designed with an eye for the exceptional, his latest motifs for the maison adorn the reverse side of the legendary watch with swivel case.

Featuring pop art caricatures entitled ‘High Heels’ and ‘Time for Shopping’, the latest models hope to appeal to both women and men, as they appear on the Reverso Classic Medium and Reverso Classic Large respectively. “Swivel the case and time doesn’t matter anymore – it’s time for shopping,” says the artist.

Prince has already collaborated with JLC in the past, creating exciting pop art motifs that are then transferred onto the back of the Reverso, as an engraving, lacquer or enamel. Inspired by Art-Deco, the Reverso has served as a canvas for wonderful expressions including jewel-setting since its inception in 1931.

The ‘Time for Shopping’ and ‘High Heels’ Reverso timepieces are now available exclusively at the Wempe Weinstrasse jewellery boutique in Munich, Germany.
