Curate your own 8-course dinner with Chef Hervé Courtot of Nobu Dubai until 7th of July.
Nobu Corporate Chef and Chef de Cuisine of Nobu Dubai, Chef Hervé Courtot, is bringing the authentic flavours and signature flair of Nobu Dubai to Kuala Lumpur from now until this Friday.
In conjunction with the award winning chef’s visit, Nobu Kuala Lumpur will have a specially curated menu of popular dishes from Nobu Dubai made available for guests. Guests can look forward to dishes such as Chilean Sea Bass with Yuzu White Chocolate Sauce, Lobster and eggplant furikake, and Guanaja pineapple tartar with coconut lime Szechuan.
Chef Hervé’s visit will also see the first time Nobu Kuala Lumpur hold a distinct Chef’s Table dining experience. Unlike the ordinary chef’s table concept, here at Nobu Kuala Lumpur, guests will be allowed to meet with Chef Hervé himself, together with Chef Philip, the Executive Chef of Nobu KL, to curate their own 8-course dinner.
As the Corporate Chef of Nobu Restaurant, Chef Hervé is in charge of the operations of Nobu franchises at Riyadh, Monte Carlo, Moscow, Cape Town, Doha, Marbella and Ibiza. Chef Hervé has had an extensive culinary experience globally in kitchen operations including fine dining restaurants and five star hotels. He first joined Nobu Restaurant by the globally–renowned Chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa at Dubai in July 2008 as Chef de Cuisine and has since been responsible for the overall management of the kitchen.
