If you’re looking for a spiffy new two-wheeler, you might want to add the new Triumph Street Triple into your wishlist, as Fast Bikes Sdn Bhd, the official importer, distributor and custodian of the Triumph brand in Malaysia, has officially introduced three new variants of the highly acclaimed 2018 Street Triple naked motorcycle.

There are a total of three variants for the Malaysian market – the Street Triple S, the Street Triple RS and the Street Triple R Low Ride Height (LRH). The Low Ride Height variant, as its name suggests, offers a special seat that is mounted 30mm lower than the standard seat.

“The Street Triple offered practicality for those looking for a daily rider and manic performance for the weekend at the race tracks. The new Street Triple builds on an already proven formula and has made it even better. We are confident that Malaysians will find the Street Triple to be perfectly suited for their needs. At the core of all three new Street Triple variants a new Daytona-derived 765cc triple-cylinder engine with, different levels of tune in the S, R and RS.

…and mighty fierce head-on.

The RS, being the top-tier sibling, gets all the goodies, including an all-new five-inch TFT display as its instrument cluster (also available on the R); Daytime Running Lights (also available on the R); a quick shifter; five riding modes (rain, road, sport, track and one more rider programmable mode); the highest specification Showa big piston front forks with 115mm of travel; Ohlins STX40 mono shock with a piggyback reservoir for the rear; and Pirelli Diablo Supercorsa SP tires.

The Street Triple RS is available in two colours — Matt Silver Ice and Phantom Black (Metallic) – at a price of RM66,900.00. All the prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

Meanwhile, the Street Triple R (LRH) comes in three colours; namely Crystal White, Phantom Black and Matt Silver Ice, and is priced at RM59,900.00.

Last but not least, the Triumph Street Triple S is available in two colours — Diablo Red and Phantom Black – and is priced at RM52,900.00.
