Be it an invitation to dine or something fine, it’s the thought that counts. Or does it?
This season of amour, we’re showing some love to our favourite things and eateries, and we hope you do too.

4. Make a reservation at Bijan
Valentine’s Day is a day of love and get-together, and at Bijan Bar & Restaurant, you can reconnect with your loved one over fine Malay cuisine. The theme of this year Valentine’s Day is ‘Asmaradana – A Romance to Remember.’ The name ‘Asmaradana’ is the theme song of ‘The Legend of Puteri Gunung Ledang,’ a Malaysian love story between the Gusti Putri, a princess of Majapahit and the Malaccan warrior, Hang Tuah.
The Valentine menu at Bijan is inspired by this famous love story and is only available only on 14th February. Among the dishes for the evening are ‘Sup Selaut Kasih’ (a spiced creamy seafood broth) and the two choices for the main course ‘Ikan Malabar Bakar Asmara’ (pan seared Malabar fish fillet) or ‘Kambing Panggang Semarak’ (grilled lamb, served with turmeric rice).
5. Purchase a pair of Bell & Ross
On a special occasion like Valentine’s Day, two watches that can be worn by lovers to link them together, might just be your special valentine nostalgia. The BR126 Sport heritage GMT & Flyback is perfect for the gentleman while the BR S Golden Heritage is elegantly suitable for the ladies. Both watches have brown strips that conclude for a stylish and nice finishing, and the best part: they match with each other.
