The signature of the banquet is the Kambing Percik ala Chef Khairil at the kambing golek counter, served with rosemary sauce, mint sauce, asam dip and chilli soy dip. The comprehensive spread of authentic Malay dishes includes all-time favourites such as Rendang Daging ‘Tok’, IkanPatin Masak Tempoyak, Nasi Briyani, Sup Ekor and Bubur Lambuk. Traditional bites like Ulam-ulaman is served alongside Sambal Belacan, Sambal Tempoyak, Sambal Cincaluk, and even Budu – a classic kampong staple from Kelantan.
