The Intermark Mall may not be famous for the culinary choices that it offers but on a mission to change that is Chef Terence Logan of Wurst with his retro-style eatery The Bowling Club. Let’s take a quick look at some of the dishes to relish at The Bowling Club!

Deluxe Truffle French Fries

The Bowling Club

This basket of crispy shoestring fries comes tossed with truffle oil and grated aged parmesan cheese that doesn’t only add the right amount of saltiness but also richness unlike the usual truffle oil fries out there.

Wagyu Beef Fried Rice

The Bowling Club

Best to be eaten hot immediately when it’s served, this fried rice is made with 150 gm of diced beef, Japanese rice, egg, scallion, edamame beans, and shitake, giving the Southeast Asian delicacy an East Asian treatment.

Paella Valencia

The Bowling Club

With enough portion for 2 to 3 persons, this traditional Spanish delicacy features roasted chicken medallions, cuttlefish gravy, beans, and a whole lot of seafood. Best eaten while it’s still hot as well!

Pizza Telur Mata

The Bowling Club

Putting a Malaysian twist to a classic Italian dish, the crowd-favourite Pizza Telur Mata is topped with tomato coulis, fresh herbs, olive oil, buffalo mozzarella, and eggs sunny. The best part of the whole meal is breaking into the egg and spreading it across the pizza. Yum.

The Bowling Club’s Chicken Dinner

The Bowling Club

Perfect for 4 to 6 pax, this roasted cornfed chicken of more than 2kg is only available from now until mid-January. Also included in the plate are 500 gm of Boerewors sausages, seasonal vegetables, roasted potatoes with duck bacon, giblet gravy, and cranberry sauce.

Sizzling S’more

The perfect dessert to end a sitdown meal at The Bowling Club is the s’more, made of baked marshmallow balls, peanut biscuit, hot chocolate cake, and melted Nutella.
