Asian favourites meet French flair at The Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur.

From July 12 to July 15, Chef Justin Quek will be collaborating with the Ritz-Carlton Kuala Lumpur to bring Franco-Asian cuisine at The Library. Prepare your tastebuds for a culinary journey that blends Asian favourites with a French twist.

Singapore-born Chef Justin’s career spans over 30 years, which includes experiences in Michelin-starred restaurants around the world.
Also a proud recipient of the World Gourmet Summit Award of Excellence Hall of Fame Best Chef, Chef Justin has helmed legendary and unique restaurants – a testament to his talent, skill and passion for the culinary arts.

This specially crafted menu – a culinary combination of premium ingredients, techniques and flavours with Chef Justin’s deft hands – will showcase his signature dishes, which include:
- Duck Foie Gras Xiao Long Bao;
- Cauliflower Puree with Oscietra Caviar and White Chocolate;
- and Lobster with Shao Xing cream.
The dining experience concludes with a serving of Chocolate and Mint Floating Island with Caramelised Crispy Rice, paired with an indulgent glass of Harvey Bristol Cream.
