Let us introduce you to a new place to eat when you’re in Bukit Bintang; Hugo’s KL.
When it comes to Bukit Bintang, it’s always the vibrant and lively streets with crowd circling the buskers in front of the McDonald’s. Oh – did I mention Changkat Bukit Bintang? Well, if you love to hang out with friends, you would know that it is a fun place to be at with its attendant restaurants boasting an international selection of cuisines; Latin American steaks, Spanish tapas, French cuisine, Italian wood-fired pizzas and eclectic Chinese among the many selections.
But if you need somewhere quieter, Hugo’s KL is definitely a perfect one for you to check out.
Located at the lobby of Ramada KLCC, Hugo’s KL offers tantalising combination of Asian and Western dishes with an extensive beverage list which includes classic and crafted cocktails, wine, spirits, and beers. It also offers a wide range of dining ambiences and patrons can relax at the stools by the bar. With a seating capacity of 80 people, Hugo’s KL also features live performances every week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 8.30pm onwards.
Striving its best to bring you the very best of local, regional and international cuisine, Hugo’s KL boast with its wide selections – each dish made to satisfy the most discerning palate.
Hugo’s Crispy Chicken Burger comes highly recommended by the management staff. Stays true to its name, the scrumptious burger comes with a crispy chicken, a layer of salad, and cheese. Priced at RM21, the set comes with fries as well, making the whole meal a satisfying one.
For the local selection, this Hugo’s Special Fried Rice is definitely the best among the best. Basically, it’s a kampung styled fried rice with a sunny side up egg on top. But it’s the chicken satay what makes it different. The tender chicken meat is coated with freshly made kuah kacang, makes it worth every bite. You can get this special local dish for RM20.
Personally, I couldn’t get enough of this Spaghetti Aglio Olio. The flavourful spaghetti comes with juicy, plump prawns, and of course, a generous amount of chopped cherry tomatoes to balance the spiciness. All this for only RM24.
Another favourite of mine – Nasi Lemak with Chicken Rendang. Only for RM16.
Want something different? How about giving an Indian cuisine a try? Trust me, you are never going to regret it. For only RM19.50 per set, you can serve your stomach with a satisfying portion of Chicken Tikka Masala or Lamb Madras. You can choose to eat it with rice or traditional thosai. The set comes with a complimentary bottomless iced lemon tea. These two highlights are among the highly recommended from the menu.
After all those meals, get yourself a special drink – Shirley Temple Mocktails. This thirst quencher is priced at only RM15.
In conjunction with the on-going FIFA World Cup, here are a few promotions you should pay attention to:
With its unique food and beverage menu, laidback settings and strategic location amidst the heart of Kuala Lumpur, Hugo’s KL is a great place for you to unwind in the evenings after a long day at work and the perfect place for a weekend chill out.
