Will make you ‘Kembali’ for more.
Formerly known as Best Western Ion Delemen, the Grand Ion Delemen Hotel is a two-year-old resort up on the hills of Genting Highlands, located just a few kilometers from Resort World Genting. Rated 5-star, the Grand Ion Delemen offers an enriching stay with its breathtaking view of one of the world’s oldest rainforests.
The wow factor does not just stop there. Complementing the undoubtful pleasant stay is—of course—the gastronomical offer, wish let me tell you, was one of the best sky dining experiences I’ve ever had.
Sitting 6,000 feet above sea level, Kembali Kitchen promises spectacular views and a relaxing atmosphere, unmatched by city living with Malaysia’s natural beauty. Boasting an all-day dining menu, Kembali Kitchen celebrates local favourites and international flavours in a modern chic setting. The feel of the all-day dining restaurant is enhanced by the bright lighting, grey shades of classical sofas, and the various paintings that represent the elements of Genting Highlands.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of selections for buffet breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In addition, an enticing a la carte menu is also made available from breakfast through dinner to suit every mood and palate.
Innovative creations by the talented Chefs include the Vegetarian Northern Indian Thali Set and the steamboat but the highlights of them all are their signature Nasi Lemak di Awan and Australian Rack of Lamb.
Stepping up the food game, this Nasi Lemak Di Awan is completely on another level with its Sambal Petai Lobster. The perfect blend of the savoury sambal goes well with the nasi lemak. Although usually, people would eat nasi lemak for breakfast, this Nasi Lemak Di Awan may keep you full at least until dinner.
If you are not a fan of spicy food, give this Australian Rack of Lamb a try. Trust me, you would not regret it.
Finally, wash down with these two mouth-watering desserts—Sweetened Mango Cream with Pomelo and Lai Chee Kang. For us, the first of the two doesn’t disappoint and definitely a thirst-quencher—a good choice to cleanse your throat after the whole dining experience.
