Such is the case with LJ Superfoods Signature in Nadi Bangsar, the first of its kind among the LJ Superfoods family. Fresh off the success of the health juice line La Juiceria, Vietnamese restaurant chain Super Saigon, and Goodness Greens restaurant promoting healthy eating, Co-Martinent embarked on fulfilling the ever-expanding dietary demands of the average urban Malaysian by opening the LJ Superfoods Signature.
Featuring an extended menu with more power-packed meals to satiate any dietary concerns or requirements, LJ Superfoods Signature marks a powerful presence in Jalan Tandok and Bangsar as a whole. Much like the others, the Nadi Bangsar branch features a simple sophisticated interior, with furniture and fittings in the gold, white, and purple scheme. The main pull of the restaurant, however, is the food and the attention the team behind the brand has put in it to ensure that LJ Superfoods Signature welcomes any type of foodie with an open arm.
UPPRE recently paid a visit to LJ Superfoods Signature to try 3 types of dishes that cater to 3 types of patrons.
The Keto Dieter
Also known as the ketogenic diet, this latest type of diet has taken Kuala Lumpur by storm with many practitioners swearing by its transformative properties. The keto diet is a low carb diet that stimulates the body to produce ketones in the liver that will be used as energy. At LJ Superfoods Signature, the menu goes right to it with the Keto Bowl which you can customise with multiple types of add-ons. The basic version of the bowl comes with cauliflower rice, egg, tomato, dried seaweed, and cili potong in soy sauce.
For the unconventional eater who still wants to eat healthy, LJ Signature Foods offers a variety of local favourites that are presented in unique ways. One such dish is the Nasi Lemak Wrap, which features all aspects of the decadent nasi lemak except for the fatty coconut milk rice. Enjoy our national dish without feeling guilty!
