Are you kitten me? It was a puffect way to unwind.
It is scientifically proven that pets, especially our cute fur-ends, help to reduce stress and depression. Having too much of hooman interactions sometimes can be physically and mentally draining. While going for a vacation is always the case, visiting a pet cafe is not a bad idea, especially when you have time and financial constraint.
Purradise Cat Cafe in Taman Tun Dr. Ismail (TTDI) is not just a cafe full of cats. What makes Purradise Cat Cafe special is all cats are taken from the streets, fosterers and shelters. The cat-friendly cafe aims to support and improve animal welfare and their holistics well-being. Since the cats here are rescued, some of them have different personalities but worry not, the friendly staff will introduce you to the cats and explain how to handle certain cats.
A total of 22 rescued cats – each with their own wonderful and unique personalities – are encouraged to interact with visitors as an effort of finding them a good home. At Purradise Cat Cafe, each guests is required to pay RM18 for the first hour, inclusive of one free smoothie/fresh juice/coffee/tea/chocolate. Subsequently, RM4 is charged per person for every 15 minutes. If you wish to spend the whole day at the cafe, you can opt for unlimited full day package for RM49 per person, inclusive of aforementioned drinks.
